We raise a mug for the heroes of Macmillan in our 5th annual coffee morning
Every September, Macmillan Cancer Support arrange the world’s biggest coffee morning to raise funds and awareness for the invaluable work they do for those who have been affected by cancer.
Thanks to the generosity of our amazing sprites, we’re delighted to have raised £775 for this crucial charity.
In our 5th annual celebration of this special day, we were excited to once again ‘Raise A Mug’ for this wonderful charity. As well as our traditional virtual bake-off, our new studio became a perfect home-base to share cakes and bakes over a cuppa or two!
In our gaming-themed bake-off challenge, the amazingly talented Fiona, Claire and Jake blew us away with their gaming-inspired cake creations and all rightly grabbed the title of Star Baker for the day, because.. who could choose only one winner between these amazing bakes?!
Jake crafted a scrumptious chocolate PlayStation 1 console, Fiona’s creative flair was clear with these clever Portal™ inspired cupcakes, and Claire’s readiness for the upcoming release of Marvel’s© Spider-Man 2 shone through with these delectable black forest cupcakes.
Our sprites shared donations, cuppas and cake until only crumbs remained! 🍰
